BLUE & WHITE (option -WINTER)

 IT HAS COME TO MY ATTENTION (1/21)  . . .
MY BAD ...I wasn't thinking when I titled this challenge, as it does NOT match my mood board.  So if you've created a project that is just blue & white, it will qualify for the prize. 
SORRY ... ONLY HUMAN!!  LOL

    I have deleted my card as Donna Whelan said that it doesn't qualify. (I think it was because there was a little bit of another colour n the picture.)
