Before we share our next new challenge, we have some very sad news to share.
It is with GREAT SADNESS that we learned over the weekend of the passing of our dear friend and team mate Kathy Krug (Stampwithk). Kathy has been with us since the very start of Double D back in 2015 and shared so many beautiful creations that certainly helped make Double D what it is today! She told me many times how thrilled she was that we asked her to join the team ... I believe she said it was the first DT she'd ever been on. We were truly blessed to have her as a part of the Double D family.
Rest in Peace dear friend ... we are sure going to miss you!

I am very sorry to hear about her passing. I hate the word cancer because it takes too many people away from us. I wish her family and the people who knew her personally and virtually

DeleteIt hurts my hearts so much that Kathy is no longer with us. She was such a beautiful soul and oh so talented! She will be missed terribly! We lost a good one this week! xoxo (((hugs)))

ReplyDeleteIt's a sad loss indeed. Kathy's creations that grace my stamp room are all the more precious to me now. I'm so glad to see her card here today. I know she stamped ahead. Kathy will be missed as her loss leaves us reeling in grief.

ReplyDeleteThis are indeed, very sad news, I've been participating on and off at the Double "D" Challenge for a couple of years now and I always enjoy seeing the DT's creations.

Kathy's art was always a blessing. She will be missed in the crafting community, and most especially among her closest of family and friends. Sorry for the loss being felt here. Let her art live on forever.
